Of course, we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. If you nevertheless have a complaint about our services, we would like to hear about it. In consultation with you, we will try to find the right solution.
Step 1: Submit a complaint to your advisor

Fill out the form and describe your complaint in as much detail as possible. This way, our advisors can provide the most appropriate solution. Send your complaint within 30 days after completion of the work in question or within 30 days after the invoice date.

Not satisfied with our complaint handling? Report your complaint via KiFiD if you are still not satisfied with the proposed solution from our advisors.
KiFiD (Complaints Institute for Financial Services) is an independent organisation that handles complaints about financial services or products. We as Financieringsgilde are affiliated with this organisation with registration number 550.000001. Complaints can be submitted digitally via a complaint form or can be sent by post to the address below.
