Our services
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships between Contractor and Client to which Contractor has declared these General Terms and Conditions applicable.
These General Terms and Conditions also apply to all agreements with the Contractor for the execution of which third parties are involved.
If one or more of the provisions in these General Terms and Conditions are null and void or are annulled, the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions will remain fully applicable. The Contractor and the Client will then enter into consultations in order to agree on new provisions to replace the null and void or annulled provisions, whereby the purpose and scope of the original provision will be taken into account as much as possible.
3. Conclusion of agreement
Request information
When you request information on our site, we use your data to answer your questions. We store your data as (potential) customer data in our database. We store this data for a maximum of 2 years. We use your data to send you the requested information. In addition, we may contact you to provide additional information and answer additional questions.
Documents
For our services, underlying documents are regularly required that you provide to us. For example, the annual figures of your company. We store these in the secure environment of Office 365 and/or in our advisory software. You can read more about the security and privacy they use on their page.
Submit financing application to lender
When we approach lenders on your behalf to obtain a financing proposal, we share (parts of) your personal and financial data with them. Which data this is, differs per lender. In these cases we fulfill the role of processor and we only share the data required for the application with the data controller (lender).
Some lenders ask us to identify you on their behalf. In these cases, we only store your identification data during the execution of this transaction.
CRM application
We process your data securely in our CRM system, which is linked to our website.
Website
Click behavior and visitor data
General visitor data is kept on the website. For this purpose, the IP address of your computer, the possible user name, the time of the request and data that the browser of a visitor sends, can be registered and used for statistical analyses of visitor and click behaviour on the website. We also use this to optimise the functioning of the website. We try to anonymise this data as much as possible.
Use of cookies
We use cookies when offering electronic services. We use cookies to remember your settings and preferences. You can disable these cookies via your browser, see for example this explanation by the Consumers' Association for an explanation.
Cookies are placed via our website by the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Facebook and Twitter
Op deze site zijn knoppen opgenomen om pagina’s te kunnen promoten of delen op sociale netwerken Facebook en Twitter. Deze knoppen worden gerealiseerd door code die wordt aangeleverd door Facebook en Twitter zelf. Deze code plaatst onder meer een cookie (zie boven).

Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Wij maken gebruik van Google Analytics en Google Tag manager om bij te houden hoe gebruikers de Website gebruiken en hoe effectief onze Adwords-advertenties bij Google zoekresultaatpagina’s zijn. Deze tools geven ons inzicht in de (anonieme) statistieken zoals bezoekersaantallen en specifiek klikgedrag. De aldus verkregen informatie wordt, met inbegrip van het adres van jouw computer (IP-adres), overgebracht naar en door Google opgeslagen op servers.
